The first series teaches you about the medium and gives you the terms and techniques in 16 pages of fully illustrated in color. There are 5 supplemental pages providing you with the tracing layout, carving, tooling and easy to follow step-by-step coloring instructions for the flying mallard. Also included are three except pages from Paul’s book, “Pictorial Definition” providing you information for portraying light on form. You will receive two 5" x 7" leather reproductions of Paul's carving of the mallard for you to paint as a learning exercises (one for each lesson). Quality printing to insure the truest color reproduction. Altogether, 38 pages and 2 leather pictures. Vinyl sheet protectors are included to assure long life with heavy reference use.
